Well, it’s been a few weeks since my last post.  Since that time, I managed to chop off the tips of a few fingers with a table saw, and let me tell you, I feel like $100 bucks.  Not too bright, though.  Anyway, had to keep working, so here are few images from a recent shoot for Sue Jones in the beautiful Achasta Golf Club.  Hope you like them!
And as always, let us know what you think! Â Shoot us some comments!
Another beautiful property courtesy of the Marsh Team… This one actually made me want to stay and take a nap on the deck overlooking Lake Lanier, but they wouldn’t let me. Â Probably should have asked before I….Anyway. Â This one is hidden a bit by the foliage of the lake and it’s surroundings, but it’s a behemoth. Â I love the different textures of wood in each space. Â Some look very ‘log cabin-y’, and others look contemporary and clean. Â You can choose a room to hang out in based on your mood! Â In any case, the Marsh Team listed another one that will fly off the shelf!
Did you know that single family homes can be designed to look like urban lofts? Well, I had the opportunity to shoot one this week, and it was fantastic. It is beautifully styled and well-appointed, and the owners really out-did themselves. (That’s a strange saying…out-did themselves. What does that really mean?) Anyway, this is a great home, courtesy of Cindy Broeker. Â I love being surprised on my interior shoots, and this definitely surprised me! Â Have a great day!
Here’s a great little cabin in the North Georgia mountains from Jim Hardesty at Keller Williams Realty.  We get to see good bit of cabins in this part of town, but this one is tucked right in a little curve in the Chestatee River, giving the property about 270 degrees of river frontage.  It’s very private and secluded…so private, in fact, that a black bear decided to visit us on the shoot.  I only had a moment to snap a shot of him, but he was close enough for my taste.  Here are a few images from the shoot.
